We participated in a seminar on climate and energy efficiency in the built environment, held at the Instituto Torroja–CSIC in Madrid.
This first session presented our work developed within the European Horizon project Impetus4Change, in which experts in climate science, urbanism and social sciences collaborate to improve the quality and accessibility of climate information for cities and regions, working toward short-term predictions that can drive social transformation in response to climate change. The seminar's second part introduced the LIFE project OBSERVE, which supports six European countries in structuring data collection and governance to comply with the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive.
