Report on the Impact of Terraces in the Eixample

This report describes the current status and evolution of terraces in the Eixample district, taking into account capacity, density and saturation. Using municipal databases and crossing them with other information, we measured the current problems in order to predict future permit clusters and identify areas with the potential for change.
