Mar Santamaría took part in the “Embarriados: Mobility and Urban-Social Vulnerability in Catalonia” webinar (20 February 2025), organized by the Metropolitan Strategic Plan of Barcelona (PEMB) and the Association of Municipalities for Mobility and Urban Transport (AMTU). The session examined how to promote mobility policies that reduce urban vulnerability, combining a presentation of the Embarriados study with a participatory workshop. Speakers discussed challenges and solutions for sustainable and inclusive mobility, highlighting the importance of coordination, integrated planning, and equitable access to transport as key elements for more resilient cities.
