We took part in the panel "The challenges of the housing market in Spain" in the context of the UIMP Conference on the Spanish Economy in Santander, organised by CEMFI Banco de España.
Moderated by Olympia Bover (CEMFI), the panel brought together José García-Montalvo (Universitat Pompeu Fabra), Manuel Illueca (Instituto de Crédito Oficial) and Pablo Martínez (trescientosmil) to discuss the structural challenges facing housing in Spain, combining perspectives from academia, public credit institutions and urban practice.
