Gender and Urbanism Conference 2026

We took part in the international congress organized by the Gender Equality Policies Service of the Diputació de Barcelona. The congress examined the current and future challenges of feminist urbanism through an intersectional and multilevel lens, addressing topics such as gender mainstreaming in urban planning, feminist governance, care work and the right to territory, and the use of data and artificial intelligence from a gender perspective. We joined the panel on data, tools and methodologies, reflecting on the role of digital tools and data analysis in urban studies from a feminist perspective.
