BCN_NYC Affordable Housing Challenge

Our proposal for the affordable housing challenge posed by the city councils of Barcelona and New York focused on making the real estate market more transparent. To achieve this, we came up with a sales & rental portal that generates open data and trains an appraisal algorithm, which serves as a market improvement tool.

Through this approach, we hope to build transparent property appraisal algorithms that generate accurate information. This will contribute to making the market more reliable and stable, balancing out price and demand and lowering investor risk.
