This project is aimed at creating a set of indicators for describing and classifying industry and logistics in Catalonia based on data from the government and elsewhere.
The indicators meet the criteria of the stimulus plan prepared by Cimalsa, which lays out five main classes for establishing recovery measures and improving governance and regeneration. We explored the data and indicators and applied them using the classification system to a specific region (Vallès Occidental) to test whether the methodology is scalable and can be applied to the rest of Catalonia.
