Digital Divide Report in Barcelona 2016

As part of a project by the Mobile World Capital Foundation for the Barcelona City Council, we prepared data visualizations for the first report to analyze Internet access and usage by citizens in the city. While existing studies measure digitalization at the regional level, this project contextualized citizens’ digital skills and the penetration of technology at the level of neighborhoods. Doing so made it possible to identify development opportunities and guide municipal public policies in this field.
