Study of Dimensions, Uses and Regulations Applicable to Ground Floors of the Neighborhood of Congrés, and Their Potentials of Change

The objective of this strategic diagnosis is to study the status of the business on the ground floor in the Congrés i els Indians neighborhood and specifically, in the area corresponding to the Eucharistic Congress project. The study allows to characterize the different tendencies that are detected in these areas: on one hand, the loss of commercial activity that reverted to a lower supply of goods and other problems derived from the lack of social control of the public space, and on the other hand, the conversion of commerce into housing in the ground floors.
