Strategies of Urban Regeneration in Barcelona

We have advised the Barcelona City Council (Departments of Housing, Social Rights and Urban Ecology) in the elaboration of a joint proposal for urban regeneration and the housing rehabilitation policy on a city scale within the framework of the expressions of interest of the Next Generation Programme.

The consultancy has consisted of the compilation of previous plans and policies, the alignment of the housing objectives with the climate and sustainable development objectives, the identification of priority intervention areas according to social and demographic vulnerability, the quantification of the implementation of the policy (financial and human resources) and the writing of evaluation indicators.
