Revitalization Plan for the Historic Center of Manresa

Despite the multiple interventions carried out in the last twenty years by local authorities, the center of Manresa suffers from major problems, among which are the poor condition of the building, the large number of empty houses as well as the lack of social housing.

The diagnosis for the new revitalization Plan for the historic center of Manresa is structured in four axes that cover the main problems and potentialities of the field: people (demographic analysis and the built fabric), connectivity, public space and the urban landscape and finally, the equipment, trade and services.
